1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 German chocolate bar, grated
4 eggs
Yellow cake mix
Sm. vanilla instant pudding mix
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix all together. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes in greased and floured tube pan.
