IOWA FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 egg

Mix and pat in a greased and floured pizza pan or jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.

TOPPING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip

Spread on cooled crust. Put sliced fruit on top (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peaches, etc.). Cover with 2/3 jar strawberry glaze. Refrigerate.
