ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lb. zucchini
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. green onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cream
1 3/4 c. chicken broth

Slice zucchini with onions and garlic. Saute in butter 10 minutes. Pour in blender with seasonings and broth and blend 1/2 minute. (3-4 servings)
