SUN CITY SPECIALS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese ("Mexican" can be used if hotter taste desired)
1 lb. sausage, mild or hot
Worcestershire sauce
Minced onion
Salt and pepper
Rye bread (party size preferred)

Cook meats in skillet separately, chopping them into fine pieces. Drain off fat.

Cut Velveeta cheese into small cubes. Return meats to same skillet. Add minced onion, 10 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Stir over medium heat. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.

Place on party ryes. Before serving heat approximately 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot.
