MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. nuts

Combine ingredients. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Check at 20 minutes.)

ICING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and spread over cake.
