“COLD CANTALOUPE SOUP” IS IN:

COLD CANTALOUPE SOUP 
1 medium cantaloupe, pared and cubed
2 medium peaches, pared, halved and pitted
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. light rum
2 tbsp. slivered orange rind
1 tbsp. honey
Plain yogurt
Slivered orange rind

Combine cantaloupe, peach halves, orange juice, rum, orange rind and honey in a blender or food processor. Process on high till very smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 4 hours, or overnight.
