SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked & drained

Add:

1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. soft butter
2 eggs, beaten
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Mix and shape into bite-size balls. Place on cookie sheet and put in freezer until frozen. Place frozen balls on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

May be kept frozen up to 2 weeks.
