2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper
1 lb. ground turkey sausage
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (chopped)
Oregano, salt and pepper to taste
3 to 4 c. sliced zucchini (steamed in microwave 1 to 2 minutes)
2 c. cooked pasta
2 oz. parmesan cheese

Brown sausage with veggies. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes and seasonings with one cup of water. Bring to a boil. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir occasionally until sauce thickens. Drain zucchini and pasta. Place zucchini in 9 x 13 sprayed pan. Top with pasta. Pour meat sauce over zucchini and pasta. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
