COLORFUL TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
4 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked shell noodles
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream

Combine first 4 ingredients, tossing gently. Layer lettuce, turkey mixture, celery, peas, cheese and macaroni in a 4 quart bowl. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream, mixing well; spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Cover tightly and chill 24 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
