1/4 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
salt, a pinch
white pepper, to taste
1/2 cup shredded Iceberg lettuce

Combine sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Add the Iceberg lettuce and stir to combine.

Serve on burgers.
