HOT DOG, CHILI BURGER SAUCE 
Saute 1 onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Stir in 2/3 cup tomato paste, 1 cup water, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 3 3/4 cups drained chili beans. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Stir often. Serve over grilled franks, hamburger, or cube steak. Makes 6 cups.
