1-1/2 c. white sugar
1-1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 c. peanut butter
9 c. Special K
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and syrup to boil until clear. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and stir until blended. Add Special K. Put in 10 x 16 pan.

Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in bowl in microwave and spread on bars.
