1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
1 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
5 c. Special K cereal
12 oz. chocolate chips

Cook sugar and Karo syrup until dissolved. Take off stove and add peanut butter and Special K. Place in buttered 9 x 12 inch pan and cover with melted chocolate chips. When chocolate is hardened, cut into squares.
