1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Put sugar and corn syrup in a pan on medium heat until boiling. Take off heat and add peanut butter, then special K, stir until covered and put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. Melt chocolate chips on top of bars.
