1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
6 c. Special K
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Bring to a boil sugar, Karo syrup and butter. Remove from heat and fold in peanut butter and Special K. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread on top.
