SPECIAL K BARS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Mix these 2 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a quick boil. Remove from heat.

To the syrup mix, add: 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter 3 c. Special K cereal

Mix and spread into 9x12 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Melt together and spread over bars.
