6 c. K cereal
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar, syrup and butter to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and mix. Add cereal. Mix well. Flatten out in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cool. Melt chips and spread over cereal.
