WEST POINT BRUNCH 
12 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sausage roll
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cans cream corn
4 slices white bread, cubed
1 can green chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. sharp grated cheese

Brown sausage. Drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire.

Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in 13x9 baking dish.

Mix remainder of ingredients with eggs. Pour over top of sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until firm to touch. Serves 12. (Goes well with a fruit salad.)
