TOMATO SOUP SALAD 
1 can tomato soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 onion, grated
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. (heaping) pickle relish
Mayonnaise

Heat soup and dissolve gelatin in it. Chill until partially thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until set. Serve on lettuce leaf. Top with mayonnaise.
