GREEN BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. frozen green beans, cooked
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. Swiss cheese

Saute onion in butter about 10 minutes. Add flour, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix in slowly sour cream and bring mixture to a gently boil but do not boil.

Pour into casserole and fold in green beans. Sprinkle with cheese and then corn flakes. Last, drizzle on melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Can also add slivered almonds to mixture, if desired.
