GREEN BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM 
2 cans green beans
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. onion salt
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Heat green beans, drain. Mix together butter, flour and onion salt. Add sour cream and cook until thick. Pour green beans in buttered casserole. Pour sour cream mixture sauce over beans. Top with grated cheese and bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
