APPLE CRUNCH PIE 
5 c. sliced apples
1 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts

Place first 4 ingredients in unbaked pie shell. Mix all topping ingredients together and spread over apples. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
