ONE DISH MEAL 
Raw hamburger
Potatoes, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Cheese
1 can milk
Onions, thinly sliced
Carrots, thinly sliced
Butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with thin layer of raw hamburger. Then layer the onions, potatoes and carrots, in order. Season all lightly with salt and pepper. Dot with butter and cheese. Cover all with cream of mushroom soup mixed with milk. Cook in moderate (350 degrees) oven until potatoes break easily when pierced. Serves 8 to 10.
