1 1/2 lbs. ground round 2 onions, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 can mushrooms, diced 2 sm. garlic cloves, diced 1 tbsp. chili powder Salad oil 1 can tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 pkg. frozen English peas 1 can whole kernel corn 1 1/2 c. cooked shell macaroni Salt and pepper to taste Sharp cheddar cheese, grated Saute onions, green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic in a small amount of salad oil; and ground round and chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce and let simmer a while. Add peas, corn and cooked macaroni. Pour into large Pyrex dish and sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
