ONE DISH MEAL | |
2 lbs. ground meat 6-8 peeled potatoes 3 lg. carrots 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 6 slices cheese Fry meat done, but not brown. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then remove grease. Grease a 9"x12" baking dish with butter. Slice potatoes into the baking dish. Cut the carrots over the top of the potatoes. When the meat is done, add 1 can of soup and spread over the top of the carrots. Place cheese slices over the meat, cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check with fork if potatoes are done, if not, leave a little longer. |
