ONE DISH MEAL | |
1 med. onion, diced 1 c. diced celery 1 c. rice, uncooked 1 c. Soyameat, chicken 1 c. carrots, diced 1/3 c. oil 1 tsp. Vegex 2 c. water 3 pkgs. George Washington broth 1 can mushroom soup Mix onion, celery, rice, carrots and meat together and put into casserole. Put rest of ingredients together in saucepan and cook for 3 minutes. Pour over casserole and mix gently and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
