PASTA SALAD 
1/3 c. corn oil (Mazola)
1/4 c. wine vinegar, tarragon or salad
1 clove garlic, minced, optional
1-2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
6-8 oz. Twist Trio or twists pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 3/4 c. broccoli florets, blanched
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded (about 1 c.)

Chill large bowl, preferably a stainless steel one. Stir in corn oil, vinegar, basil and salt. Add twists pasta and Parmesan. Toss to coat well. Stir in broccoli, tomatoes, cheese and pepper. Cover. Chill 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Makes 5 servings.
