CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except potatoes, when well blended add potatoes. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan 45 minutes uncovered.
