ZUCCHINI CHEESE BAKE 
3 c. sliced zucchini
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. herb bread stuffing

In 1 quart casserole combine zucchini and onion. Pour soup over top. Toss stuffing with butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
