1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Brown beef and drain. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese. Combine milk and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour over casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
