GEORGIA BULLDOG RELISH 
1 pt. sweet red peppers
1 pt. sweet green peppers
1 pt. onions
1 qt. cabbage
1 qt. vinegar
4 tbsp. mustard seed
5 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery salt
4 c. white sugar
2 or 3 hot peppers (optional)

Grind peppers, onions, cabbage, and drain in colander. Measure after grinding. Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight. Pack in sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 1 gallon.
