HOMEMADE PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
3-3 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in the oil, salt and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth (about 5 minutes). Let rest for 30 minutes in warm place. Punch dough down and knead for about 30 seconds and let rise for 5 minutes.

Pat dough into a jelly roll pan (or larger pan for thinner crust). Add sauce, desired toppings and cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
