PIZZA CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water

Mix yeast with lukewarm water. Melt and cool shortening. Mix flour, salt, melted shortening, milk and yeast together. Set bowl in a pan of hot water until doubled in bulk, 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Pat dough onto greased pizza pan.
