BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER 
1 (20 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 (20 oz.) frozen cauliflower
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. milk
Garlic salt to taste

Put frozen broccoli and frozen cauliflower in casserole. Add rice over broccoli and cauliflower. Mix cheese, mushroom soup, milk, and butter in double boiler; heat until cheese melts.

Pour over broccoli-cauliflower and rice. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbles, about 40 minutes.
