POTATO SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine sugar, flour, salt and vinegar in saucepan, mix thoroughly; cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool before adding beaten eggs. Mix well and continue cooking over low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add butter and prepared mustard. Makes enough dressing for 2-quarts potato salad.
