Potato Salad Dressing - Recipe

POTATO SALAD DRESSING

Beat together:

2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Then add:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Mix all together and stir constantly while cooking. When thickened

add:

1 tablespoon butter

Cool, then thin out to desired consistency with a little bit of:

milk or cream
