BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat well.

6 oz. chocolate bits

BATTER:

3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix well.

2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Pour into baking cups 1/3 full. Drop large teaspoon of topping in center of each. Sprinkle sugar and chopped nuts on top (coconut too if you like) bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 30.
