BLACK-BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix together all ingredients to cupcake batter well. Pour into miniature cupcake papers. Mix filling ingredients well. Drop small amount (about 1/2 teaspoon) of filling into center of each cupcake; do not stir. Bake at 325 degrees for about 11 minutes. Test for doneness. Do not let cupcakes get too crusty.
