BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
5/8 tsp. salt
1 lg. pkg. mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

In a small bowl beat together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Add chocolate chips; set aside. In medium or large bowl mix together flour, remaining sugar and salt, cocoa, baking soda, water, vinegar, vanilla and oil. Fill small muffin tins lined with papers half full with chocolate mixture, then top with a teaspoon of the first mixture into each one. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
