BLACK - BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt; beat well and add chocolate chips, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Grease or paper 20 cupcake cups. Fill 1/3 full, then spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture in middle of batter. Bake 25 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. When cool, frost as desired.
