MANDARIN JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello or 1 lg. box
2 c. boiling water
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet, softened

Dissolve Jello in water and set aside. Drain oranges and reserve syrup. Add cold water to reserved syrup, enough to make 1 cup. Add to mixture. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in oranges and sherbet. Chill until set.

Can substitute raspberries for oranges along with raspberry Jello and sherbet.
