APRICOT JELLO MOLD 
3 (3 oz.) boxes apricot Jello
3 c. boiling water (or part water and fruit juice)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
3 c. apricot nectar

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, cool. Add apricot nectar and stir in pineapple and oranges.

Permitting the oranges to float on top is quite effective. Let the Jello- pineapple mixture congeal slightly in the mold before adding the oranges so they will remain on top.
