RITZ CRACKER CAKE | |
45 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 c. chopped nuts 4 egg whites 1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. sugar TOPPING: 16 oz. Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained CAKE: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and baking powder. Fold in nuts and crackers. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely. TOPPING: Mix cream cheese and pineapple together. Add Cool Whip. Place on top of cooled cake. |
