BEEF AND BEANS IN THE SKILLET 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can baked beans
1/2 c. barbecue sauce or ketchup
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans and barbecue sauce or ketchup. Let it get hot through. Sprinkle on cheese and let stay on low heat until cheese is melted.

Great with tossed salad or tangy cole slaw.
