SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 oz. bleu cheese
3 tbsp. cream cheese
1 clove minced garlic

Shape into balls of desired size and brown in skillet.

SAUCE:

1 bottle Open Pit Barbeque sauce
1 can beef gravy
1/2 sm. bottle Hunt catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 bottle beer

Simmer browned meat balls in sauce for 3 hours. Serve in chafing dish.
