“JANIS' CUCUMBER SALAD” IS IN:

JANIS' CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 medium white onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/4 cup sliced Spanish olives
1/3 cup white vinegar
salt and black pepper, to taste

Put ingredients in a sealable container and mix (I alternate about 1/3 of each ingredient at a time). Seal container and invert to mix ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
