HAMBURGER SNACKS 
1 1/4 lb. raw hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salad mustard
3 drops Worcestershire sauce

Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl. Spread 1/2 inch thick on halves of hamburger rolls, edge to edge. Broil to taste, usually 7-8 minutes. Roll catches all juices, usually last in pan frying. This recipe always gets raves.
