CHEESY POTATOES 
1 (30 oz.) pkg. shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together and spread evenly in greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°F. Check bottom occasionally. Stir so as not to burn. May sprinkle corn flakes and butter on top before baking.
