CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick of butter (melted)
8 oz. of shredded cheese
seasoning salt to taste
1/4 c. of minced onion (or more to taste)
1 c corn flakes
1/2 stick of melted butter

Mix soup, sour cream, butter, cheese and seasoning and minced onion and then add to the hash browns. Mix corn flakes and 1/2 stick of melted butter and sprinkle on the top of casserole.

Bake at 375 for 1 hour.

This is a great side dish. You can also add cubed ham for a main dish.
