NAN'S SPREAD OF DIP 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. milk
1 sm. can anchovies (mashed)
1 scant c. sour cream
1/4 c. parsley (less if dehydrated)
3 tbsp. chopped chives
Sm. amount crushed onion
2 or more tsp. capers
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 - 1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste

Just mix it all together. Make ahead at least early in the day or 24 hours. Serve with crackers.

Even people who do not like or would refuse to eat anchovies love this if they are not told ahead of time!
